Ray requested two songs be played at his service. The first was "The Prison Show," the theme song of that show,
by Gerald Bates. The other was the title track from the 1974 LP by Steven Grossman, "Caravan Tonight"
This was the first album on a major label (Mercury) to contain openly gay lyrics.
